Life is Good

Purchased a tee on Black Friday that was to be shipped in two business days. As of Tuesday, December 13th, my tee hasn't arrived and shows "processed" online. I've spoken to three different representatives, on three different dates, and received three different delivery dates. My second rep said it would be delivered today. It wasn't. The two today could only tell me it's in Raleigh, North Carolina. I do not live in Raleigh, NC. I asked to cancel and was told that wasn't possible as their information states it shipped (although online only says processed). If you do choose to order don't expect your item to arrive any time soon.

After over a week cyber Monday orders still have not shipped. In limbo with tracking number but not in transit. Why promote this event if you can't handle it?

I have purchased over 100 items from Life Is Good, mostly tshirts, but also sweatshirts, sleep pants, caps, totes, mugs, blankets, beach towels, and dog bowls, collars and leads. I have only had one issue with quality, which Life Is Good handled immediately. My problems is with the recent batch of emails that I have received about the latest sale fo Buy 2 Tshirts, Get 1 Free. I purchased 3 tshirts and the only thing I received was free shipping and an offer at check out to purchase a specific woman's tshirt for 50% off, when I wasn't even buying women's clothing. My computer went through all of the available coupons at check out and the shipping was the only one that applied. This has left a bad taste in my mouth; amounts to Bait & Switch false advertising, and as such, I will no longer be shopping at Life Is Good.

I have loved life is good tshirts for a couple of decades and kept the same shirts for years and they only got better. Mor comfortable and softer. In the past few years the quality has gone downhill! The shirts are getting holes from regular wear and washing. One of them after the third washing there were so many holes the sleeve was barely there. Too bad. I really like their message and pics on their shirts. The hats are still great though

Received a coupon in the mail for 25% off site wide. I went to the specific site referenced.
Guess what? Coupon not valid on my picks - again from the web pages referenced. Stated
It wasn't valid on my purchases. I am a dog enthusiast and have bought many tees from the company but I am out.

I do have a bunch of life is good tshirts that i love. But i purchased solid v neck t's and the material is cheap cheap cheap! The price of these tees is $24 dollars which im ok with if i get a good quality tee like they used to sell. I tried to post a review on their website 3 times and it never was posted. LIG will not post any negative review. Tried to talk to customer service no response.

Garbage, the water down ink on the shirt was so bad... it faded by just one trip to the park. Life is good as long as your shirt looks like the one on their website. This company is a scam! You can buy better quality shirts at Dollar Tree.

I like the shirts at "Life is Good", however, I find their shirts run small so you need to order the next size up. Also, the material shrinks so you need to wash in cold to extend the life of the shirts. I ordered online and received my shirt within 6 days but when I ordered over the phone I received my shirt in 9 days so recommend you order online. This company's return policy is not good because you cannot exchange a shirt in a different size without returning the original shirt and reordering in another size. It took 5 days for them to receive a shirt I was returning (they paid). Once they received the shirt it took this company 4 days to credit my card and most company's credit on the next day received. I did have to contact customer service and I was not impressed with the representative I spoke with during this purchase.

I ordered 2 shirts 3 weeks ago and they sent an email saying it was delivered and it never was. They refused to refund me or resend my order. This company is a rip off. Don't waste your time.

The fit is terrible... collar too loose. Sleeves too long and the cuffs are awful... I gave them many chances but no more. I love Jake and rocket but the shirts suck.

I've been wearing Life is Good t-shirts for 20+ years. They are of good quality and they last. What has gotten worse and worse over the years is their selection of women's shirts-- the colors are SO limited and limiting, and the pictures and sayings have become ridiculous pablum. Why are the men's shirts more interesting and clever in substance and varied in colors? Why would something as simple as a t-shirt be so gender-coded by a company that pretends to be progressive? And why doesn't anyone who works there noticing this on their own?

I ordered 2 T-shirts as gifts for friends to be mailed to THEM under separate orders. They were EACH supposed to go to my friends and both of their addresses were provided under separate orders, as well as a note for each gift card. What happened? BOTH t-shirts came to me instead. Then I called customer service, and I am stuck talking to someone in Asia and although friendly, the result was completely unacceptable. They want me to cancel the orders and start all over! WTH? THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER!

I'm very disappointed in the colors. Especially the black and blue. The shirts look very faded unlike the vivid colors represented on the website.

I ordered a hoodie. After 2 washes the front decor on the front was peeling off. I contacted customer service and they were rude and did not believe me. It was an awful experience. I sent photos and finally they sent another hoodie after 2 washes the front wording and picture are peeling off. I did not put it in the dryer this time. I have other sweatshirts with logos that I have washed and dried so many times and this has never happened. This is the worst quality and customer service I have ever experience.
I also have never complained before about a product. This company is so bad!

How is it possible that you get a gift and you can't exchange it for a different size? Several emails and phone calls and all their customer service department can tell me is I can return the item and the original purchaser will get a refund on their credit card. Ridiculous!
