Ordering was simple and the shipping was very quick (Post Office carrier not so much) but I got the capsule maker within a week or so. The capsule maker works great. No hung up capsules like one of my other units. So overall good experience.

I ordered taurine and nac and quercitin. I stopped the nac and quercitin but continuing with taurine with good effect. I have cardiac issues that led me to DC the nachos and quercitin. Customer service was great about the change.

I am most attracted by the extensive research behind each product as documented in the monthly journal. The cost is reasonable, and the quality seems to meet a high standard. When there are questions, there is someone available by phone 24/7. The only suggestion I would have is that more variety of colors in pills would be helpful... some that I take are almost alike and hard to distinguish.

In a time when virtually everyone of our institutions has been found corrupt or passing out false information (especially our medical institutions), it is terrific to have Life Extension on your side. The shipment arrived a couple of days late due to our postal system. It was exactly as ordered. The tablets of zinc, while large, just take time and do the trick to prevent, hasten a cold to its finish. The CoQ10 was expensive for such a short supply.

I'm pretty sure you sell a high quality product because I've consumed it before. Unfortunately I have to say that when it come to standard shipping method it's a whole different story. After 5 working days (7 days overall) I haven't received my most recent order.

I had a hard time ordering ptobably because my PC was not up to date. But when I finally got through the supplements arrived quickly with no other problems.

My test order was processed and received the same day. The selection of tests and ease of ordering are exceptional. Also, the prices are better than direct ordering from the commercial laboratories.

The lid was impossible to remove. I have been a customer for multiple years and have never seen a lid of this configuration. Once I finally got it off I replaced it with another LE product lid. This lid should be banned from use.
