I'm grateful for Life Extension. I'm a colon cancer survivor; thus, nutrition is a bit more challenging for me. I work hard on hydration and nutrition, and I supplement with vitamins. I read something in your "magazine" touting ceramide supplements. It did NOT mention that ceramides can increase cholesterol. So I wasted money on a container of supplements I don't dare use.
