LS bases their products on scientific evidence. I can pick products based on my personal needs and feel assured that what I select is high quality. I try to buy when they have sales events.

I called customer service as I placed my order on 12.02. The site said orders ship within 24 hours. It's 12.08 and my order has still not shipped. I never received a call after I was told I would get one from customer service. I sent customer service an email. I never received an email on my order.

I ordered the wrong supplement and customer service was great at fixing the problem.

I'm a Premier AutoShip member. We take many LE supplements and find them effective. In particular, the Eye Pressure Support supplement lowered my eye pressure by 2-3 points (I'm borderline glaucoma). I also started taking PQQ 20 mg after reading in Life Extension Magazine that abnormal mitochondrial function is often found in glaucoma and other eye conditions.
I find the LE website easy to navigate; the supplement info and scientific articles provide useful information.

After using tear support supplement for just 4 days, not only did my dry eyes resolve, but my visual acuity was the best in over one year.

5 days after I submitted my online order, the tracking service indicated that the USPS had not received the item. I brought this fact to the attention of LE and was told to wait and see if it would be delivered the next day! I asked how we could expect it to be delivered the next day when the carrier did not have the item! Repeat and repeat. I called back to get another customer service person, who quickly understood the situation and sent a replacement.
