Easy to order on line. Talked to customer service to clarification of order. Most courteous, patient and knowledgeable.

It only took a few days. The report was informative, and with the help of AI, I was able to interpret the results. Now I can go to my doctor and bring with me to discuss. I highly recommend it, especially if you're monitoring something and don't want the added step of going to the doctor.

I placed my order, and it was delivered within a week! Prices are affordable and good selection of products.

Life Extension makes my experience very easy with their informative data for each product they advertise. You know what you are purchasing.

On my last purchase from Life Extension... not my auto delivery,... but additional products I buy throughout the year... I had just received my order and then within a day or two one of my items went on sale and was discounted. I do a substantial amount of business with Life Extension and was disappointed that I did not receive the sale price of the item and had I known it would be discounted within a week of my initial order I would have ordered two of the item. In the old days, when you bought something from a company and it went on sale, the company would honor the sale price and adjust the amount the customer was charged within 30 days of the initial purchase and the sale price. It may have dropped to 14 days currently but I think Life Extension can afford the software and or hardware to make this automatically happen for a long standing customer that spends over $200 a month on auto delivery service at a cost savings as well as all the additional purchases throughout the year that I spend with Life Extension that goes into the thousands of dollars of business I have done for years.
So, I am disappointed that your account software cannot not recognize and adjust to purchases that go on sale within a few days of initial purchase. For people on a fixed income and a very senior citizen that does alot of business with you, should have this capability automatically built in for your "valued" customer. Extremely disappointing... I am a 63 y. O. male who's been obsessed with health, fitness, and nutrition since I was in my early teens. I have pretty much a lifetime of experience in dealing with supplement companies and researching and trying different supplements to optimize my health. As far as I am concerned, life extension is the best supplement company out there. Their products seem to be uniformly of the highest quality, as well as having solid scientific backing for their efficacy. I also love that they have a magazine which is very informative and has proved immensely valuable to me personally, and if you join the rewards program you get free unlimited shipping for a year, which I think is an absolutely excellent benefit and I use it all of the time.

I found the order site and website easy to use. The product descriptions were very informative.

My purchase wasn't available where I lived but they never contacted me to let me know nor canceled my order. They did only when I reached out. Really bad communication. I had a specific time window to get the labs done. It's just a bad experience on my end. Nothing against them.

Its been over a week and while I did get 10 or 12 email advertisements I don't see the request form. Usually get it in email and fax..

I get my items very fast and the free shipping is great as a perk for being a premier member.
