I ordered Two Per Day, but only currently taking one after evening meal since body heals most at night, because of low funds currently. I have researched many multivitamins and these have the most for the money for sure. Doesn't provide some of the trace minerals like copper & vanadium, and only a small amount of magnesium and calcium, and there is no choline, but there is other things added like Bio-Quercetin, Lycopene, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Inositol, Boron & more. So these and the One-Per Day are both good. < :o)
