I placed an order on 8th Feb, and I made the payment online. I thought it would be reliable and trustworthy, but I knew its companies were never trustworthy, and this is what happened to me. I never got my order, and it wasn't delivered neither Lexceptionpk nor Leopard taking responsibility. I am really disappointed and embarrassed with their attitude and behavior towards the customers. I would never ever Suggest this company or store should ever allow to work in Pakistan and government should take action against this.
The site claims their products are long-lasting, but I ordered a pendant chain, and within just 4 to 5 days, it started turning black. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality.
I ordered a choker chain from them which clearly stated metal. Upon arrival i found that it's plastic. When i tried to tell them about the problem, this pathetic disgusting of a person named usman told me that i dont know the difference between plastic and metal
