Back in September of 2022 I purchased a couch set, a king bed room set and a fireplace. It took 3 weeks to arrive but when I inspected the 3 seater the couch was seriously damaged even the delivery guys couldn't believe this was the couch they sent me. After trying to get a hold of the store manager and 3 re deliveries of the couch the store manager called me in January and give me no help what so ever. The customer service team at this location are very rude and not helpful at all, every time I call I get put on hold and no one comes back. Worst service ever I still have the damaged couch. I will never shop at Leons again and I don't think anyone should shop there. This is the Leons Calgary Crossiron location

I have gone to the Leon's store on Hamilton stone church east for all my appliance needs over the years andI don't know why anyone would go anywhere else? They deliver free, price match so you don't have to waste gas driving around, have all the top name brands and styles. Not only that their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The last time I was in to buy a dryer they had a floor model on sale and I pointed out something about it to the manager and he reduced the price right then and there which made me happy enough to buy it! Check them out, I know you'll be happy you did.
