The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Looks like a scam. As one descriptive is given and then the site states the possible lenders cannot be shown. Guess it's not really an instant feedback just a phishing tactic
The response to listing mortgage companys was quick, and the process to this point has been also.
The beginnings ng process was quickly done.
Why can't I see the lender info without having to give all types of contact info? When you give this info, the lenders call you non-stop, one after the other and all hours. If you must ask for contact info, why can't you collect only email address to give the inquiree the freedom of contacting the lender they wish at the time that is most convenient for them?!
I haven't got any interaction with anyone so I don't know what to read it
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
