The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Okay experience so far. Need to read more about the process
It's ok good I'm trying other lenders to thank you
You said that I could see how much I could get. You didn't say a bunch of lenders would be calling
I haven't experienced anything other then provide my basic information
I don't want to talk to anyone on the phone. Just tell me in an email and leave me alone.
I don't want a call and you force people to put in their number. I prefer an email.
Where are the rates? All I am getting a phone calls from salespeople
May be I got misleading info. This advt mentioned I wold get Home equity loan based on my current mortgage interest which is 2.75% I don't think anyone offer that rate now on home equity
Your approach is sketchy as F. I don't want a swarm of lenders calling me. Email quotes and then let the homeowner call the mortgage company they choose. I'm not going to answer a single call that comes through as a result.
I don't want to talk to a rep. I expect d to be given lenders who I could contact. Feels a bit like an ambush.
Came from ad for HELOC and can't seem to get one in TN from those my number was pushed too so now getting way to many calls w nothing to offer. Keep trying to push cash out and I have 2.5% interest rate so no thank you. HELOC is I was looking for.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
