The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Typical loan application for useless time wasted filling form out.
Good so far fast and easy. Hope the rates are good 👍 this I don't like because I have to keep messaging because u have to have 50 characters
I use my business address for all internet activity. I don't accept robocalls. I am looking to place a first mortgage, to extract equity from my home of 32 years in Frankford, De. I have excellent five star credit and have had this home free & clear for over 10 years now. The phone number herein is answered by machine although I may be sitting here I answer immediately when a human representative speaks. I will return calls if they ID themselves and leave a number as I have no caller ID on this landline. Thanks, JD
Misleading adds you can't get a heloc loan at your existing low loan rate! More click bait I'm sick of it liars! Just because all of the Democrats can lie under oath doesn't give you the right!
Just ask8ng myself if this is a scam or not. Alot of stuff like this going on on the world today and you have to be careful
I was under the impression that your company was going to be the one that I was going to do business with not some other company. I am very sorry that I filled out my information. Now please let people know at the beginning of your statement that they will be sent to another company that will handle the loan application.
I can't say yet, evaluating this process. It will depend on the fine lines, details and interest rates.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
