The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's been fine so far. I would appreciate not so many calling. Just a couple of loan processors. Thank you
It was quick and easy to understand and do!
And I'm not tech savvy so this helped me 100%

I don't want people calling me.Your site says I would know immediately
So far it appears to be something that might be of interest to us. But we'll have to see if this can be a positive experience. If you would contact me by email. Also let me know at what point you access and affect my credit information. Thank you
Too easy. Feels like there is a catch and maybe a scam. Didn't give you my phone number to be called. You can email me or text me.
Efficient, too quick to evaluate. Very professional and like this lending firm..
So far, so good. With their response and made everything appear to be so simple.
It's good if I can get a loan and payment not to high. Let me know something as soon as you can
Not enough detail about the loan program. No explanation as to whether it's a HELOC or a 2nd mortgage. Feels a little bit like a scam
My husband was a Vet but passed 10/21/2023. Would this make a difference?
You are not telling me anything about a loan?... giving me someone to call doesn't help... I can do thatmyself

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
