The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I didn't want a bunch of calls, I wanted an answer, you didn't even tell me what kind of loan it is. Which I would not do any loan except a reverse mortgage and they do not give that much.
The calls started coming in before I could hit enter. The process was easy to use and very clear.

Why are you doing this? I don't want to refinance my home, but maybe my car.
Maybe you should ask your quality questions AFTER you have actually done something. And not because I have filled out a few fields on your web pages.
Easy to understand and use the app I never got lost. This site is good and should be easy for anyone to use.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
