The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't want a bunch of people calling me. I'll take emails instead
It's annoying when trying to get numbers online by completing information only to be told that unable to give information at this time. That's the reason I give a valid email address but a bogus phone number. I don't want to get inundated with phone calls that I'm not interested In talking with.
I was hoping for online answers re: terms and rates without phone calls.
Easy to fill out information. Sounds promising. Hope I qualify
I didn't ask to be contacted and you all asked for all my information first in order to get my information to have all these people start calling me. No where did I say I was okay with that. You all stated to add my information to get a basic quote which is all I was expecting now people need to call me and will probably start sending things to my address. I just wanted basic information in order to make a decision regarding contacting you all or not.
Easy to fill out the form. I need financial assistance to pay a debt.
Easy question and easy to understand. I hope my credit qualifies for the loan I am requesting.
Just a referral site. No useful data that proves in any way it can live up to the advertised precentage or facet of "no closing cost."
I have never used your company so I am hoping for a quick and simple process
Just text me. I hate talking on the phone. All I want is a loan so I can buy a house and sell this one that's all
Average. Have to wait and see I'm not found of people harassing me..
Terrible misrepresents
Data collectors worthless
Big mistake
Won't show my quotes online to me.
As it says it would I am no a person that can talk on the phone
Just applying was short and simple. My house is valued at 62 but they say I might get 110.
I'm hoping this won't ding my credit. I'm just looking to compare my options.
Easy to fill out the information requested. Now my time of involvement starts.
No problem.it was quick and easy to complete the application.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
