The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The site asked for information that wasn't needed. Please don't do that... it makes Lendgo look untrustworthy.

Was hoping this would not be another one of those where it's basically headhunters looking for people with to lend more money to. I'm also not thrilled with the idea of discussing my home and finances in detail, not even knowing if these people are legitimate business or scammers.
Filling out my email address was a problem, otherwise good.
The application process for information about how to get a good rate was easy to implement
The app was easy to use.the questions were simple enough that you could easily navigate through them without having to use any other tools
We will see if we really get approved or not. We want to do home remodeling, hope it will work out.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
