The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

All i wanted was an estimate, now I'm being bombarded by lenders on my phone and my email...
Expected to be given a quote while On-LIne. Not the bother of receiving phone calls. So miss-leading!
I don't like to talk on the phone whether do everything online
Encouraging but not getting the help you promised us. Just waiting for t the verdict hovering over me.
So far So Good I'm hopeful for a match with a lender that will help me take advantage of the strong market here. I was able to purchase property here before prices shot up and my equity is now several times what I paid for my house.
I really don't want to be contacted. I just wanted to look at loan amounts and rates
I hate when you want to just what the cost would be, you don't even blink and you get 10 phone calls right of the bat. I haven't even woke up yet.
Didn't do anything yet I'll let you know once I get through it and see what happens
Phone started ringing, text messages started from multiple companies almost instantly. No thank you.
Great experience on the mobile application. It's a new concept, hope it works well.
Great at ease and fluid process that's making it efficient.
Thanking you for just reaching out and letting me know that there is help out there that will help me get back in my home.
Easy and quick format to follow, but having to type long enough feedback? Really?...lol
You dip$#*!s don't do anything. What a $#*!ing joke. Are you living off referrals only?
Good and a reasonable request for a fair.rate., at a trying time, when you don't think any rate will fall.
I don't want someone to call me. Now you just upset me. So now I don't want anything from ya
Why can't you just send us an estimate by text? Why must you trap us into talking to who knows how many sales people?
You offered an estimate in a few minutes not in multiple calls from lenders. TALK ABOUT BATE AND SWITCH!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
