Having to get a phone call after all that is misleading. You pretend that in seconds a list of options will appear when in fact you have to receive a phone call, go through the exact same questions you just answered and it's tedious, not to mention that I saw this ad offering to do all this while I am in a public place not wanting to speak on the phone giving out my personal information...
