The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Gotta call before finishing screen. Amazing quick. Can't ask for better than that.
Simple and easy to do. I had not plans on taking out cash. But I'm happy with the process.
It's just like everyone you send out email saying here's a quote or compare offers but really what it is you want my information then you send me to another site just to put in the same information over and over some people just want a estimate quote and don't want a bunch of phone calls.
Thank you for your time

No lenders identified by name, just calls, I prefer to research lenders before talking to them
Good, it was memorable. I didn't get to talk to anyone this time I didn't want to sure so the best thing to do is not to say anything to anybody until 100% sure and I think y'all for reaching out to me.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
