Ok, will be shopping for best deal, own a real estate property that is very nice and in great shape. HAS been remodeled and rent this out for many years own it outright. It is worth 230K it is in good area in VA. Our RETIREMENT home is very nice that we live in but want to do few things to property. We put down good amount on t his home and we should be able to get such a plan. Will call when I look at other offers. I do kot hive you tge right at this point to check my credit as I am shopping at this point and we can do that once I decide who to go with.
