The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It has been a very smooth experience so far today. Easy and stress free!
Easy and quick to use. Questions were short and fast. Simple and easy
Don't know yet I'm just researching or browsing my options.
The fact that I have to wait for a phone call instead of giving the info as you advertise. I don't want a thousand phone calls I want to see the company and deals so I can choose
Info was slow and not expeditious. I wanted to know the value of property, not apply for equity.
Don't know what to think yet haven't applied for the loan they they told me where I could get one
Seems straight forward enough. However, so far in my trying to look into borrowing I have, in the long run run into mainly frustrating obstacles and disappointing outcomes.
Not sure how to rate. Just started checking out the website. I have not experienced enough to rate. Just getting interest for a call back.
Easy to check if you're eligible.quick and easy. Simple to apply.
I don't like the fact that I will be inundated with phone calls during work. I should have the ability of calling them when I have enough time to speak with someone.
Prefer email not phone number for contact. Difficulty enter email

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
