The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I am on disability looking for a house a small one for me and my husband and son
Good so far. I'm hoping your reply will be quick and I don't get another of phone calls.
Fast and Easy. Very straight forward and simple to understand without a lot of hassle.
I've only answered questions regarding this add.
Not much to go by so far.
This has been good. Im looking forward to the interest rate which will determine if we can do anything and how much.
Pretty quick and easy so far. I hope they can help me tap into my equity.
Do not know yet. It will be based on effective results of my inquiry.
More information should be entirely available online rather than abundant calls
You said you would let me know what I qualify for not give my number and have 1000 different people calling me. This is going to go on for weeks now. I should've left well enough alone.
Not really given the information I am most in need of to help make a difficult financial decision
Things went ok, but I wanted a quote not calls. If I wanted to talk I would have called each lender myself.
Excellent thanks quick and easy something's I can trust one.where I can come back again..
I don't like the bait and then call process - crappy approach
I pray that you consider, some type of loan, to help me better my credit. My house note use to be $895.00, I started paying extra on my principal for years. After doing this for over 5 or 6 years., I asked my loan officer what my loan was looking like? He told me to let him check on my loan. My loan dropped down to $548.00, that was a blessed day for me. I thought I would share my experience 🙏🏿
I understand it's a lead service. That's ok. There needs to be a limit on the number of calls. The page didn't even finish loading before I had three calls. No exaggeration.
Very good, quick and informative very thorough easy to use.
I hope I don't get lots of calls. Usually these types of programs send your info out to many brokers who are just Like used car sales. They tell you what you want to hear and not the truth
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
