The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far everything is great, right now it's just giving me a list of lenders. I gave my phone number and address. Here's hoping no spam. No spam. No spam. Within 30 seconds i got the call from the first one. Royal United, he was nice but when I explained that I was at work and needed to talk at a later time...he kept talking. Asked again, again met with talking. I had FULL INTENSIONS of calling him back until he wouldn't give me the phone number, he just KEPT asking questions. I hung up. I will call these leads when I am ready and not before. If I get even 1 spam mail (this website promised it would not) I will make it a point to shop elsewhere.
To quick on call back didn't know to much about this never heard such a deal
This is too easy. I work for 7 months trying to get a HELOC not a refinance and every one wanted to take my whole mortgage up to 9% interest. I won't do that. I just wanted $70,000.00 HELOC. 5 lenders screwed with me. They all lied. I didn't end up with a HELOC at all. Just a lot of wasted time.

So far, so good. Fairly easy process. We'll see how it goes!
I was expecting the loan amount but it pointed our to different mortgage lenders
Simple and easy access...social media worked to attract engagement.
As soon as I hit submit my phone is blowing up with calls. Was looking for basic information not extremely aggressive sales. 9 calls in the time it took me write this review. That's a bit ridiculous. Make that 10,11
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
