I dont have a good credit rating because I dont borrow money,I have thin credit, I have 0 dept, I dont owe anyone money. I currently live in Califorinia but I own property in WV my property is only worth around 30,000 but its completly paid no morgage its been in my name over 20 yrs. I am working on moving back to my property I have a vintage motorcycle collection I am going to be selling And some vehicles before I leave Califorinia someone broke into my place and robbed me putting me behind a bit I can get caught up in some time but was considering taking out a lone so I can get caught up and focus on selling my vintage bikes many other things i dont want to bring cross country. I only want to borrow 2000.00 using 30,000 Equity as claderal I dont see where Im such a big risk I am not going to loose my property over 2000.00. Im not trying to give you a bad rating i just wish I could be heard before being dismissed so quickly as A high risk with what Im offering I figure someone would want me to not pay them back.lol I am thinking thus rating is for your use if this is a public like google rating i will do what is needed to retract my one star rating. It would be nice if your questions had more details like Asking if my property is paid for every option you had asked about a morgage. I dont like to owe money everything I have is paid for it sucks that because of that I am labled as a complete disaster not worth hearing.
