Just starting the process, have bad taste on some of the quotes, not very truthful so far, some of the lenders don't even lend on manufactured homes,,but get my address and hand it to everyone that can pay them some money for the info

Easy so far. I am interested in getting my home in great shape and paying some bills as well. I need to get home insurance as well,I had a trust and I paid thru that account. Now the house is paid for and in my name I need to adjust some things.
