The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very difficult to work on computer. Had to hand type most of it.
Just starting the process, have bad taste on some of the quotes, not very truthful so far, some of the lenders don't even lend on manufactured homes,,but get my address and hand it to everyone that can pay them some money for the info
David Mock was extremely helpful, considerate, and gave me very good info. Bright star at the end of the afternoon. Definitely keeping Lendgo on my radar and on file for future.
Audrey El Hamri
It was easy although I worry about the personal information requested
Got suckered in again by false promises. All I really got was caught giving my phone number to a bunch of banks that will keep calling me until I am dead!
Was quick easy and the process was self explanatory. I was matched up quickly
Would prefer quotes sent to email as am not always available by phone
My experience was such that I was not seeking a loan, however, I am interested in a loan because a loan would enable me to consolidate all of my creditors into one loan. The process was fast and easy, and without any negative impact on my credit ratings.
I wasn't wanting a bunch of lenders to call me. I thought that's what this site is for, to choose one. I didn't want my cell number to be given out to multiple lenders
You are really fast but I missed your call but I have your number and I will be calling you back real soon today thank you
It's been a good experience so far. I'm looking forward to experiencing the final action towards success!
I'm supposed to see my rates not get a bunch of calls, text msgs, and emails from lenders. Very annoying!
Great they had the best results by far the best offer ever made for me
Good experience so far. I don't have any experience with this type of thing
I kinda just wanted to get as much insight into the deal quietly online and a minute to put a little thought into the insight before getting bombarded with a phone call no big deal.
7 phone call while I was still doing online app. That's not good at all.
Phone started ringing way to quickly. See these ads then fill out. Leaves me to believe just a hook n bait
This appears to be a SCAM... from this side of fence-= Just went through a divorce in Sept 23- got stuck with all the debts... and you appear to have bait advertisements online... SHAME ON YOU!
Easy so far. I am interested in getting my home in great shape and paying some bills as well. I need to get home insurance as well,I had a trust and I paid thru that account. Now the house is paid for and in my name I need to adjust some things.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
