The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Easy and quick not like others with long process and no results.
So far the application is very easy and hoping I can get approved and help
Misleading post. Leas me to believe my credit etc would not be checked. Instead leas me to provide my phone number so now I can get endless calls which basically is spam to me.
Non stop calls from companies I asked to stop calling. I was mislead for a loan not a refinancing my home
I am reluctant to talk to them but am hoping for a blessing that will get me into at least a studio apartment or rental property.
It said it would show me rates and lenders but instead it said a someone would be contacting me shortly. Please discontinue my application. I no longer want a loan.
My experience is not completed. I am awaiting rates and lenders.
Very good, better offer cause the ones I've been looking for is not what I've seen.
Brief I've only entered my information that is not enough interaction for me to form an opinion. Loan me my 200k I'll say whatever you'd like me to say
Good so far…I've only entered my information so far. Not a lot of time to form any kind of opinion a.
Seems simple to get started & matched up with a lender. I've been trying for a while to find a lender that could help me with my low credit rating had some issues with my credit score when I got I'll & was hospitalized for a bit & was out of work & also co-signed for 2 of my sons to get new cars & they let them get repoed caused me some more problems with my credit.
I need to get a house now because it's enough for me to stay in the rent house
Quick and easy! Plus I would like to make a decision fast so I can move while the rates are descent!
Very easy I just hope I can get approved! I have a son in college and he's in Arizona! I have to pay his rent and car note because his waiter job doesn't pay enough to survive on!
I can't say much, because I'm trying if this is any better than the ones I've tried.
It's quick and easy and it was online. Basic questions for information, that is all
I want to see rates not have someone call me! Because you said with a click of a button I can get mortgage rates.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
