I no longer submitted my info than literally my phone rang constantly for over1 hr. Literally minute to minute calls back to back! I "was" interested but now feel like a piece of raw meat floating in the ocean for a sharks new meal. Take it easy guys. No need to powerhouse your prey. You may let the "good" one slip away

Fairly good, first time-was, a little confusing - but I have been considering an equity line of credit —To know how much is available -I'm told I can apply & use it or not -& if I don't use it, it costs nothing.
Basically, borrowing off the equity of my home If I choose to use it,it would be a very low interest rate &!clearly would lower my clear profit if &!when selling.
