I was expecting an online list of lenders with rate information to consider. Instead before I could even complete my request my phone started to ring after providing my phone number. I would have preferred to review the name of the possible lenders first then reaching out to them on my time versus receiving a phone call so quickly. Bad practice, it's a turn off for me.
