I bought the Home for cash 60,000.00 paid in full The renovation took place during Covid and the cost of lumber for example was 89.00 a sheet for plywood today 39 to 40 for the same. Siding is 53 percent less roofing is 26% less not to mention drywall and all the electric and water and ne piping and sewer. Along with Central air an new furnace water heater and everything else additional square footage with the addtion.
