I am very much a novice with the workings and dealings concerning the properties I inherited from my late Husband Michael Keith Hughes as he also listed me as his only relative to ensure that there was no question that the rightful owner and beneficiary was to be me. He passed in 2010 the year I had my Brain surgery for a complex aneurysm on the main right artery of my brain. A craniotomy was required to repair the and prevent the aneurysm from rupturing this ending my life before the year 2013. Thankfully the procedure was a successful and with Platinum Coiling, 3Titanium Clamps and 4Titanium screws to reattach the part of my skull they cut to obtain access to my brain itself and repair the damage also leaving me somewhat chronically disabled, I am still very blessed to have survived the procedure at all. It still is hard emotionally for me to come to terms with loosing him the same year I endured and survived such a major ordeal. It is like he took the place for me concerning the loss of life.I truly need a Lender that I can consider a trusted advisor to guide me in the best and most profitable avenues to pursue concerning the properties I own, and acquiring a New property located in the State of of Ohio so that I will use as my primary residence for my retirement and thought my approaching winter years. So far it seems to be a pleasant eay and easily accessed information and advice of professionals that are Qualified to assist me with my real Estate endeavors. And guide me through the procedure,hopefully also in the process of locating a primary residence in Ohio that is suitable for me, I also will use part of the equity to purchase a newer vehicle that is without contest necessary and pay off some personal credit debt.
