The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very easy to navigate not hard at all. Look forward to speaking with someone for help on my Heloc
Just want some quotes no calls I hate that you can't even research options on your own without being slammed with calls
You don't show rates, you collect info to overload my email or phone with calls and texts
It was easy to fill in info and get some info on the lenders and hope this is a serious issue
Page is advertising, not showing actual rates and terms. Linking to another website proves multi-layered parties phising for personal information instead of direct informative data to consider the Vendors side-by-side. Instead, added to Vendors' Multi Customer Call List for telemarketing.
Mostly trying to get me to buy insurance, not save
Not much has happened but so far so good. My credit rating in July of 2023 was 740. In August of 2023, I was diagnosed with Cancer and couldn't work due to treatment so in turn my credit card bills were not being paid. Terrible, but I vow to get back on track. I would love to consolidate some if my cards.
No rate information was provided as promised at the beginning online inquiry

Just a few clicks and I'm now contacting lenders. Except it's Sunday.
Your site said you would provide refinance rates. Instead you pulled my personal information as click bate, and you did provide me with rates. Instead you gave me a list of lenders. NOT COOL!
Immediately received 3 spam calls as soon as I submitted the form.

Very good. They say that in the ministry nothing happens accidentally, meaning that there ought to be a good reason why I was led to Lendgo. Today I know why. Lendgo helped us.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
