The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I did not receive a quote. Apparently, you just sold my contact info. Please "un-sell" my contact info and I will increase the stars.
Why cant i just see rates! I don't want to enter my information and go through 100 steps to check rates!
So far problems entering email address started to just say F this bs must be a scam and barely past first step

I really thought u would give me a rate. To let me know about were I stand as far as what my home would be worth
They do a great job and have a great reputation. Appreciateion is in order. I hope we can work together, soon.
So far no problem. Simple questions that I was able to answer.
Bad advertising. It looks like a trap not revealing who will be the lenders after taking the data from me.
Easy application. Good overview about the company. Will refer to friends and family!
No lenders shown information given, but no results. Very disappointing would not recommend.
Haven't really done anything with this company yet, but so far so good.
Not sure yet, so far ok.
Still checking out what is being offered?
Idk yet? I haven't learned anything yet?
How I can rate when I know nothing yet, as to what or who can help me?
The guy in the ad was enough to make me check? Other than that, what is there to rate?
DO NOT call before 10 am. Treated professionally. 1 yr asleep
Great I thought I might be able to get some help paying bills and surviving in this world
That experience was tremendous. And I hope to speak with someone real soon about this situation.
I'm new at this and always run into problems and never get a solution. No one seems to be able to help us. I'm hoping your company can. Thank you.
Quick and easy to navigate questionnaire. Shortly after I received responses from lenders.
Good experience so far thank you so much I appreciate the experience so far
Very professional and prompt need
To let my friends and family know about you
It isn't getting me anything except chatter from lenders. Its just a brokering/seach site. It brags as if its a lender and will be taking care of you. Too much of this sorting and referring going on. Too many middlemen. Seems as though there is too many fees probably going to these middlemen, and it is a warning off the process - lets just see our own bank?
Unsure. This is a troubling time for me to decide what to do with the property
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
