The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's been pretty easy simple to navigate through not unpleasant like a lot of other companies do
Have not been on it long enough to say. So far it's been easy to fill out the form and the questions have been adequate.

Its been pleasant but not very informative

With this economy; I'm reticent.I've been scammed;getting a collection notice(for what, don't know).Just curious.
I thought this would result in a rate of interest. Instead it is just more ways to get me to a lenders site.
Good so far good so far. This is a manufactured home so does it still qualify?
Seemless Easy Fun simple repeat repeat repeats repeat repeating repeats.
I'm still waiting to see how much money they are talking about on my house! I don't need a lot of money $15,000

I was called during my family ti9i did not choose them. I am offended by the rapidity of phone calls
This exactly takes too much time come on please let's move on the next chapter
Not impressed with the tactics of requesting so much personal info so that lenders can start harassing a person before they even decide to be a client, there really no reason not to do generic info and if they want to proceed then you can take the person info.
Well satisfied with the process the staff are top notch 👌 👍 👏
Thank you for your help and support.
Just need a little help right now.Lost my wife to brain cancer lots of doctor bills and funeral bill's Thank for listening to me means alot.
All good until you had someone call me within seconds of submitting my data and continue calling. I just wanted to review info before speaking to anypne
Very quick an*******000
d to the point. I hope the balance will be as easy.
Well, the initial add specifically said adding to "your" (my) current mortgage without increasing the rate, after entering my address and contact info...this looks like the typical bait and switch marketing ploy. We shall see.
I did not want a flurry of calls. I was expecting to see a list of lenders and current rates and terms. I will not be answering any of these calls. I was seeking information, not harassment.
So far so good however I need to change one thing I am not militar I was married to my 1st husband he was in for 20years and we divorcied
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
