The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far okay it isn't a mortgage actually. It is a helix I allowed my son to place using my home. He had disability/ death ins on it. Then when a bank took over the old bank they dropped the credit ins at their discretion & did not let us know,. Going forward I lose my son in '21 only then to find all ins had been dropped by them. It was not my debt but, of course, they threatened to foreclose. I used all my savings to lower said debt but left with approx 60,000 still owed. It has been a living nightmare and since that tragic event I've been paying interest only on remaining debt. Being on SS they don't want to help me get any kind of hardship loan. They say not a good credit history and such. I have been dealing with both medical Bill's for my husband who passed in '08 & very limited in other areas. So I admit there are questions about my credit background. I know when it came to Discover they agreed to forgive that debt IF I accepted a 1099 as my part & I did. I don't believe that was ever recorded. Along with another that was forgiven in the amt of approx 1300. That is where I am at, thankyou.
So far good I am curious and need advice in order to make a sound decision
I want rates. Not a phone number to lenders. I just want the % they can offer.
I've already been denied by most of these lenders so they not check before they call.
Haven't discussed the details so can't rate the service or lending options
I'm waiting for someone to help me in getting this loan. Cause my house needs some repair my parents are decend had died ever since 2016 I need help
Respond immediately, easy question hadn't answer the phone calls due too I'm still with my sister's funeral things
Very easy to navigate and excited about the possibilities!
If you had nothing to offer people with bad or fair credit, why ask for the personal information? Just stop the survey at that point! I feel like this was an attempt to gather information- not help me at all!
Worst experience Your business does not care about senior citizens who are trying to make their lives improved
The experience has been sufficient so far. We'll see what happens next.
It's misleading and I don't want people calling. I just don't understand
Phone has not stopped ringing. I would like to take a look my options and make a choice.
I guess you don't want my business. You called me and you don't wanna do anything for me.
Asdfasdfasdfgasdfasdfrasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdf
You are not a lender. You should disclose this first and foremost.
Nothing so far. I have got nothing to comment on abd I don't have any experience to express.
It is so useless, you said you would provide rates. WHat you provide is advertisement after taking my details. Totally Uselss
I'm not sure how I really feel yet. I've checked out several places.
I like the ease of placing all of my information into your system. Not complicated at all.
It did not show me how much I could get, it only showed me lenders to call.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
