It's been good. But since I am 58;years old I don't want a 30 year equality even though a larger amount would help me more but the years and the amount of monthly payment is always very important. And having a fixed income that is that much since I was injured non the job. And unfortunately fail in the 2/3 that doesn't get relieve from fussion surgery to my low back. So I suffer from failed back surgery Syndrome with Chronic Pain. That pain always seems to increase theore I attempt to do. But because I have no one to turn to when I need to make updates to my 28 years old there is quite a bit that needs to be done. So I am thinking if possible I the very maximum to not take to long that longest of a loan that I might consider is 15 years and if payments are low enough maybe as much as $20,000.00. And if I qualify I would like it, if I should die. Before the time limit is up so life insurance to would it will be paid off.
