The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Easy to navigate. I was pleased with the interface and also the ease of input
Don't like people calling right away. Email or text would be fine with information. Then I can determine whom I wish to talk with.
Better not be getting more than 3 phone calls. 3+ will b block
Immediately getting like ten phone calls at same time that I can't even answer and the ones I did, couldn't understand the accent. Stop calling!
Don't call my cell phone. If i wanted to talk on the phone I would have called instead.
Concise questions, easy to fill out form. User friendly format
Why I haven't spoken to anyone I would like to speak to someone
Google search shows a very impressive home mortgage rate but why can't you people create a mortgage calculator instead of redirecting to customer service. What if a customer just want to see the calculations and then decide?
Pathetic approach to get business. Bait and click strategy.
Easy, and swift. Convenient. On the internet. Straight forward
I didn't know that you would give to multiple lenders. I'd rather deal with one lender at a time therefore I'm disappointed with distributed to multiples
Misleading marketing. Just awful. Rates were not given quickly as advertised
Don't say you have rates then can't tell people they have to wait. Not all want a thousand calls

No complications involved in signing up for assistance.
Simple, no hassel, assistance in securing a loan to improve and upgrade my home!
What does this matter. That's very concerning and I feel I'm being judged
Unsure about the process. I do want to be a victim of a scam. Or pay high interest rate.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
