The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The add said '"see your rate" but instead you just get a million phone calls.
Should email me not call. Besides the ten instant calls it's been fine
The actual process was very Swift but it said I would get a list of lenders, I would prefer looking at a list before I am bombarded with Non-Stop phone calls. I like to make educated decisions and this feels too rushed. I had to turn the ringer off of my phone, I would call this phase insane. I do not have an actual number in my head as to what I would need and I would prefer to have that before my phone rings and while I have typed this I have had three different phone calls rolling in.
Wanting to get out of debt with shellpoint...need 53,000, my credit is 650, I hope to get out of debt, current interest is 9%... ridiculous...
If i had known it was a HELOC which i have already applied for i would not have bothered with this and waste your time or mine, i do not qualify.does not pay to use advertising in this way.you will be paying people to interview me and I already know the out come.
I think it's deceptive to offer the information on the amount someone is eligible for and the subject the to a sales call.
Little skeptical of you finding one but grateful if you did. I just want to get out of debt. And have the ability to save
Waiting for rates. Hoping for approval Didn't get one in the past due to car accident and losing income. Been working on rebuilding my credit. Back to working now
I appreciated the straightforwardness of the process. This is my first time going through selling my home by myself, so it was good being able to understand all the questions.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
