The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Good, needed information on my ability to use my money to do repairs on the home.
Not difficult at all, it seemed pretty easy. Luckily I knew the approximate answers.
Very good & easy to input info. It seems quick to work with & get reply.
This has ben easy & very positive. It was easy to follow, as well.

I was supposed to get rates instead of getting swamped by calls
It's going fast! And I liked what I saw. Hopefully it' works out for m
Don't know how to describe I don't like repeating the same questions twice.
Still checking. Don't know if I qualify for a loan. I only owe 65,000 on my home, and I have over 70,000 in equity. I put 70.000 as a down payment.
The system indicated that I would be able to see whether or not qualified, not that I would be immediately SPAM called by a dozen lenders! Unbelievable!
This is my first time using this platform, but it was prompt and effective!
I did not know this would result in relentless calls back to back the second I hit the button. Now I'm going to be harassed for months.
I think this is a good idea to help people remodel pay bills to get a fresh start
I havent had an experience yet. I'm still waiting for information
No opinion at this time... need more info to have an opinion.
It says it was going to show me the rates and someone is trying to call. They should give some ballpark rates before I decide to commit any more time to this
Would like to just see the rates rather than receiving mystery phone calls
I don't like my phone ringing off the hook. Please stop the calls.
Bait and switch instead the rate is ridiculous and your site with 50
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
