The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I hope it works out and I can get my other property and pay off my depth
No rates shown after filling the form. Looks like a scam! Wasted my valuable time.
Wanted to see rates. No rates listed. Classic bait and switch.
I would like to gr equity out of my homes inquiring how to go about doing it through uou
I would prefer an actual prequalification, where I wont waste time on loans or lenders who need a better credit rating or added value in home equity. Otherwise, a good list to c all. A Start.
Before I can finished the application online my cellphone started to ring.
I don't like having to give out my phone number before I can see results and get more information. I prefer to call on my own time instead of being bombarded with calls.
I just got started, have no experience just yet but am hoping it will be a great one and and a very productive exciting life fulfilling venture with Lendgo.
Great all questions are very simple to answer I am looking forward to speaking with someone about this matter

Bad, after entering your information, now it says that we will get someone to give us the basic info in your program. BS
I'm not interested in jumping through a thousand hoops. You lied to me when you said I'd see an offer, but instead I see more websites to visit... it's a waste of my time.
Website said fill out all this information and well give you a price for a 4.75%fixed rate. Of course never gave me a price
Concerned if the rate will allow for a reasonable repayment
Hopeful- as fair to poor credit is the only reason i have not pursued a loan- the interest rates were way too high.
Same old stuff. I fill in my info and am flooded with calls I have no time to answer. Wish lenders would just send a ballpark offer so I could cull out the no-go's. Very annoying and frustrating.
You falsely advertised and never provided a qualified loan amount. Makes your service 100% useless.
This was very easy. I didn't even have to get up from my chair to go look for anything. It was fast and easy. What a blessing
Very quick and efficient I want to see what I can borrow using my property as equity
You haven't done anything yet. All you are doing is referring me to other lenders
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
