The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The people I spoke to were very courteous and straight forward. The gentleman Jacob, let me know exactly what I need to qualify.
You took me into circles. 5 days later... I still have no loan. $#*! you
I'd like to be the one making the calls instead of being bombarded with phone calls.
It's been okay. Let's see if your lenders can/will actually work with us. I'll try to be positive.
Seems like an easy process thus far, but will see what happens next.
I did not receive the information I requested. I keep getting e-mails promoting your company, and what it can do, but it is not complete. That does not help me.
No real information available to me. You have not given me any concrete information so far.
Very good app to use and response time is very timely and pleasant
To much invasive info was requested and I don't trust you. Why are you so untrustworthy to give people information
You didn't give me anything useful...just collected a lead. After filling all the details, you gave me a link to various aggregators, as if I didn't know that already.
So far, an easy and simple process. Not intrusive nor agressive.
It seems that we could work well together if we qualify for a loan with you

Topical questions.Thought it would be an easy process. So far it is.
I don't like to be hounded by phone calls. Almost as soon as I filled out the forms my phone started ringing off the hook, so to speak. If I want to talk with someone, I will call them. In the meantime I would appreciate being left alone to think.
Haven't completed my assessments yet will let you know Thanks
Site says it will provide lender and rate estimates, and then distributes your phone number to a list of lenders.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
