The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Did not tell me anything - now I am going to get a bunch of spam and unwanted calls
I didn't ask for a bunch of referrals, the web site said "rates" not referrals...misleading and dishonest!
People called as I hit entered … 2 from the same company… loan depot. Too aggressive! I won't even talk to them
This is great if it works.only time will tell, everyone makes it sound easy, until you try.
The process was fast, easy to understand, and read to answer the questions needed
I was looking for a loan and this appeared on my screen. I am in need of some money temporarily so this appears to be a good fit.
I do not like having to provide my email address and phone number because I will receive solicitations.
Did not like the fact that I started receiving calls before I finished furnishing my information.
I just wanted an online quote as advertised, not 50 freaking phone calls the absolute second I submitted my info.
I have been turned down multiple times because of my debt to income
Even though I have lots of equity in my home.
Not helpful, says it will show you rates but instead gives you a list of lenders to call.
Simply bombardment of Lender's calling me, wanting me to fill out apps. I could have called lenders myself to fill out apps. I though this site would give me some preliminary info as to what I might qualify for at what rate and payment. Now my phone is blowing up. Not happy and this is why I normally never give info to sites like this.
This was a trick to get my information. All I wanted to see was some rate estimates for the day so I could decide to reach out to a lender. It's a real bait and switch.
Your ad said there was a way to take equity money out of the house without changing the mortgage on the house. And I guess that technically a HELOC does this… But I was looking for something a little more creative than that.
So feel free to pulll my application off of your system. As I have already tried this route. It's not that your service isn't good. It was just misleading.
Easy to use website, simple form to file out, doesn't affect your credit score.
I'm optimistic, but skeptical about the whole process, I reserve judgement because I haven't been able to see the results because this stupid pop up.
It was easy to sign up and apply for the services that Lendgo was offering.
Ok. Straight forward questions, up front answers. Doesn't make me waste time.
Too soon to tell you since I haven't spoken to anyone yet can't make decision until I do
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
