The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Fast and easy so far it did not take much to fill out all the information
I don't ever do this so I'm hoping that it works.
I'm just trying to figure out what to do with it.
I don't do business over the phone. I prefer email or text. Again no phone calls please.

Someone from Loan Depot called but wouldn't say anything, I have talked to them in the past and you have to have good credit.
These companies sounds as if they are willing to help you if you have a great credit score. If you have a low credit score no need to apply. That's what should be on the application. That's is just a was of time for you but it gives the loan officer a job to tell you no. Instead of just setting in office get paid with nothing to do.
You are prompt in your responses. I expect you will be able to get me the maximum HELOC at a very competitive rate.
I don't like putting iny phone number. Because of all the useless phone calls

I am an honest rater and I generally rate based on the actual results.

Anticipated a lot of calls from all kind of representatives
I'm being bombarded with calls before I have finished filling out this form. I was ASSUMING I would receive estimate on line. Stinky business practices.
Haven't even finished putting in information before the wolves are calling. I thought I would get some rate/monthly information. Not be bombarded with phone calls!
Not sure yet if anyone can help me yet
So should ask for ratings for a later time
I don't understand why you can't just give me the information now I need to have 50 million phone calls from 15 different lenders was just a waste of my time
Easy questions. Surprised to see this as i need it for a minor flood repair of my floors and wall.
Your lenders are asking for credit scores and socials. Why do u mislead?
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
