The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Giving me just phone numbers of comapies that will now hound me is no help at all.
I don't think I like the phone calls why can't they just let me know now what I should be getting
The experience with this app was really easy and smooth sailing.
I was expecting a list or a reason that I didn't qualify; don't know if I didn't qualify or if I'll get more information later
Waiting on responses, didn't think I would have to, no number was given for the question
You left me more hoops to jump through. You were directing me to see rates. Why more hoops?
I wanted to know the rates upfront. Misleading that now sending to other sites
I had not even finished the information before i got calls from lenders
This has helped me so much! Thank you for your time i will come back next time for more help in investing in a house. This is the best website i have ever used in my 42 years of living. I rate this a 10/10 so sigma skibidi
Willy your representative helped and guided me to exactly what I need! WILLY UNDERSTOOD my concerns!
Very leary of how this is going to play out.i hope i don't regret doing thus.
So far so good not sure I can qualify for anything yet. Due to a current equity loan I took out in march of this year
Upon requesting rates, I received 5 phone calls IMMEDIATELY and then a list of places to CALL. This is not what was expected. I was looking for rates and amounts...a list. If I wanted a TON of phone calls from sales agencies I could put my phone number out there myself. THanks for nothing!
Your presentation gave me the impression I would be presented with a list of prospective lenders and a range of amounts. IMHO you are in the business of misleading people by creating false expectations. This is corrosive to trust. And trust is as important as character in business relationships.
I need money now for a surgery so I really hope they can help me
Very easy to answer questions and very easy to process to each question.
I was hoping to get online quotes; but, as soon as I input my phone number, it started ringing. I just hate that!

Easy to complete, process was very easy. Let see how it helps me.
Quick and straight to the point.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
