This experience gave me absolutely zero information on refinancing or the costs of refinancing. All it did was mine personnel information to sell to annoying salespeople.

The suggested lenders are merely advertisers. They do not have the advertised rates. There should be a tentative APR each of them are ready to offer. Otherwise it is zero value.
