The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

We shall see if anyone is available to lower my interest rates
You made it sound like this was a government deal and it's not. He said that the rate is 1.75 if you meet the requirements with good credit and then you don't give us an actual rate with an actual company and want us to go through this whole process which won't end up at 1.75 I'm pretty sure
So far it has been good. Just hope you can help me. Thanks
Fine, until the end of application, then left me hanging.
Thought I would be seeing rates from the lenders instantly.
Im just hoping it helps me out and not just a scam kike the rest
Courtesy wonderful service! I am going to try to be able to find a home and I am happy
Fine, but I need to know more. Just refinanced with rocket Mort. I want it as low as possible while rates r so low
I'm suppose to be taking a survey. I don't want to commit to anything.
You advertise that you will provide a rate, but you are just a shill to refer me to other companies. A waste of time.
I'm sure tired of false claims that I will hit enter and I will see my quotes... not really how it goes does it?!
It does not provide me any specific information other than the general things I could find with a few mouse clicks on line.

Ok. Just don't want sales calls.
I only hot repeated calls from a couple of smaller lenders.
Did not give any information that you said you would
Professional, easy instructions, options, gives me hope
It was very easy to login since I'm not really tech savvy
I am horrified that you collected info which you are now spreading to 85... that is 85!... lenders and they phone started ringing off the wall and texts, too, before I even finished filling out the form. Please retract or cancel sharing my info with lenders immediately. Some phone calls when I answered don't even come in the line and answer my "hello". I am a busy professional. Trusting you was a bit mistake.
This is a telemarketing scam - they don't give you rates, they have people call you.
Just really started with put the address in and giving me a name to a lender but so far so good...
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
