I wanted to see rates not get a thousand phone calls.
Your system just gave me a list of lenders. Not even a list of valid rates, terms or costs. I could have done that with a simple google search. Now, I will most undoubtedly be inundated with spam calls and emails!

This is not useful at all. This collects your information and you then get bombarded with phone calls and email from different lenders. Ridiculous!

Doubt you can help us. Our payments are near $1700 a month@ 6.8%. We have not missed payments but do have to pad our savings account to make our monthly payments.
3 mortgage lenders. I doubt will work for me as I owe less then $10,000.
Not very well especially with rocket mortgage I think it's entrapment when they can't upfront tell you something that's very simple when I ask what the best APR interest rate without fees and etc. In general, they want me to continue with an application and that's just an entrapment. Companies need to be upfront when you know in general, especially if there's something that is basic and should be public information in their company
Simplicity the easiest platforms I've seen yet as far as lending goes it was so simple just click here click here you're all done and next thing I know you got money great product very impressed.
So far, questions have been clear and understandable.
I wanted rates to look on my own. Not have someone blowing my phone up.
