I was hoping to get the result right away don't want to speak to any lender
Just shopping and was requesting online to get mortgage rate estimate ONLY. Did not want to receive multiple annoying solicitation phone calls. Very disappointing bordering on false advertisement.

Amerisave call me 1st they can't meet my following requirements:
1) Interest rate around 2.01 to 2.05 %
2) I will make two payments of my new loan ( i. E. If monthly payment comes to $1,000/-, I will make 1st Paymnet on 1st of the month and 2nd on 16-18 th of the same month
3) There is no escrow held on my loan. As I pay RE taxes, HOA fees and Home Insurance on my own.
If you meet all conditions as above then only let's talk
