The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far, very good, this process is very uncomplicated and easy.
Just browsing can't review until I actually accomplish something
Easy to understand and exciting to see what you can offer
I am interested in rates, and your message says "not available at this time." This defeats the purpose of filling out the survey.
Was all right I just don't want a bunch of people calling me
Fast, hopefully doesn't affect Credit for inquiry. Would rather have quotes email than a call.
Could not go down to what I owe. I owe I $93,000.00
This is a scam and you have provided nothing of value. You have sold my information to companies that will now harass me with calls. I can't believe I was so stupid to fall for this. $#*! you.
I was redirected to this site from a site promoting Housing grants….
Great let me tell him what I needed and he answer my questions
Very fast results listing mortgage refinance sources.
I have gotten 500 calls and they all said they could not help me
Was told I would not be contacted, now my phone has not stopped ringing!
Just trying to see if I can qualify for a mortgage
I just want an actual quote (APR) instead of this run around. I have a 3.5 fixed mortage currently and would consider refinancing at 2.0 percent or lower. If this cannot be done then we are wasting both our times.
I am really surprised but I am trying to pay attention because
I am seeing some good things unfold
Everything was good so far. Be execellent if approved. I did not choose them. They were given to me.
It was really great I thought it was a very good survey and I really enjoyed doing it thank you for all y'all have done for me appreciate you
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
