The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

No real information. I don't want to speak to anyone I want to make the decision on my own and contact the right lender when I am ready.
This gave me options and to learn about 3 new mortgage companies my dream is to purchase 1-2 homes and own them both one for myself and my spouse and the other one for my elderly family to live in
I don't do phone calls. I'm hearing impaired. Email is what I do.
Very informative, quick answers. Would consider in future.
It's OK but I was just checking my credit score. I don't want a other lender just want to catch up on my home loan
It asks too many personal questions why an email address when you already asked for the phone number. But thanks anyway
Good experience so far I didn't talk to anyone yet
It will be great if I don't get a million phone calls. Email me
I didn't not see the mortgage Ci. That I'm interested in
This sounds too good to be true. I'm interested in applying to take advantage of this opportunity
You guys have false advertising. You mentioned that rates are as low as 2.15% and when I entered in all my info, you just gave me a bunch of #s of lenders. You add no values.
At least you've shown me some lenders to review! Most times I leave my information, get calls and know nothing about who the lenders are.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
