I really don't appreciate having my phone start ringing the minute I've finished providing my information. I was just checking out my options. You need a question like are you ready to talk to someone now? Irritating.

The entire process is misleading
The original promise was to le me know if I wualify for the government deduction of 350. Instead you gave my information to third parties - like SELLING mailiing lists

Pretty bad. I don't want 20 phone calls. I want an offer or at least a list of rates. What's the point of using the internet if you are going to call me.

So far been really easy up front see how good it is later on..

The email says to click and see lower payment/rate, but it's only a list of lenders. There is no rate without contacting each lender

Before it even finished processing, my phone was ringing. I don't have time to talk to talk to 20 different lenders. It should show the possible interest rates so I could decide if it is even worth calling a lender. I don't want to waste my time, or their time, if the rates are higher than I have now.

All the information required and still no rates shown. Seems like a scam.

Good information concerning loans and mortgage rates

The numbers are there you should be able to supply a rate. Complete waste of time know I can look forward to endless texts; emaials and calls. Good thing all of my info was bull$#*!, and your company is going to send your business partners off to annoy people saying hi this is blank from blank, and they will think $#*! blank. Your service is useless and based on manipulation selling info to your business partners provided to you freely by someone who thinks at least they will get some rough numbers in order to make a hard life changing decision. But no, they get sold to professional manipulators. Your service sucks and $#*! YOU!

A gentleman called me from Lending Tree and informed me I could put my son's name on title! So I don't need to refinance!

It was a easy a fast and pretty easy to fill out application.
