The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I have not ran into any problems yet. I do not expect any, thank you for making this easy for me. All this needs is a slide show of pictures to show the process visually.
Good Very quick and user friendly and helpful as well
The survey was simple and easy to fill out. Not for sure what I qualify for? Which is misleading! Very disappointed with THAT...
Dumb stuff, how about REALLY letting me know the rate without talking to people... i dont need to talk to people, just need my rate, 820 credit score and make over 140 K per year... no debt
I'm nervous you about to charge me for five and I'm looking into my information
My experience so far was very
Good. I hope that I can get the help that I need.
Pretty simple just hope I can find a lender to help me
I was unsure how I felt until this pop upped and required I complete something I didn't want to comment on now. So this sucks
I don't want to be contacted. I just want to see what the typical rates from your lenders are available and then I'll choose to contact them. At best I'm now getting spam from the other companies you're selling my info to.
The questionnaire was quick and easy with a fast response from the lenders
The steps so far have been easy. I'm always worried if these emails are scams.
These are standard national lenders. I can get this anywhere.
Only problem doesn't say what the rates are right now?
...
Would love to get a loan
So ee can fix up our house especially to add another bathroom.
I don't want nobody to call me. Can they do a text message?
You should tell people they will be receiving phone calls…. I do not ant phone call.
Do not call me
I don't like giving out my phone number to be called continuously. Prefer email
I not really sure how I feel about your company or the service until I see if you can help me with my situation or not?
I like the interest rate alot, I have never had a debt problem like this and which it was created in the last 2 years due to being in the hospital and I would love to get this loan to pay off my debt.
Thank you very much

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
